A manufacturer and distributor of products used to treat and manage respiratory problems has leased 130,000 square feet of warehouse-distribution space in Moreno Valley.
Poway-based ResMed has signed a three-year agreement to locate at Centerpointe Business Park, said Ric Wonders, vice president of operations, Americas, for ResMed.
Financial terms weren't disclosed.
Walt Chenoweth, senior vice president with CB Richard Ellis Ontario, represented ResMed during the lease negotiations.
"It's an ideal site for them," Chenoweth said. Lease negotiations began early this year.
The transaction was announced July 14.
ResMed will employ 16 to 18 people initially at the facility, which is expected to be operating in October. It will be ResMed's West Coast distribution center and will serve the Southwest United States.
The building's work force probably will never be much higher than 20 people because the facility will be heavily automated
