Irvine-based gkkworks hired Alan Keagy as a senior project architect based in the company's Riverside office. Keagy previously worked for an Ontario-based architecture and interior design firm.
Health care
Tenet Healthcare Corp. in Dallas named Dan Bowers as chief executive officer of John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Indio. Bowers joined Tenet in 1997 and most recently served as CEO of San Dimas Community Hospital.
Hospitality
Bighorn Golf Club in Palm Desert promoted Steven Cenicola to general manager. Cenicola has served as Bighorn's clubhouse manager the past four years.
Public agencies
The Riverside County Board of Supervisors tapped Bill Luna to succeed retiring county executive officer Larry Parrish as county executive officer when Parrish retires on July 30. Luna first joined Riverside County in 1982 and most recently was assistant county executive officer
