REDLANDS - The wheels may not have completely come off for the Redlands High School girls' basketball team, but they are shaking pretty bad.
Coming into the season expecting to compete for the Citrus Belt League title, the Terriers now find themselves saddled with five league losses and fighting just to keep their playoff hopes alive following a 77-47 beating at the hands of Rialto High School Tuesday night.
"It kind of feels like everything is spinning out of control right now," said RHS senior forward Brittney Neeley. "Half the team is hurt, we're not playing well. We're struggling right now."
Hobbling around on a bad ankle that she twisted in a win over Yucaipa last week, Neeley attempted to play through the pain, after missing the RHS's one-point loss to A.B. Miller, but could not account for all of the Terriers' shortcomings
