Las Brasas: BurritoQuest in real-time ... kind of

I've decided that you folks have to wait too long to get your beloved BurritoQuest.

I mean, it's the 21st century. We can get up to the minute updates on how close O.J. Simpson is from spending the rest of his days in prison. We should be able to be similarly updated on what I think of burritos, too.

And so, I've decided that this week, I'm going to write BurritoQuest in "real time." That's a fancy, new-fangled way of saying that I'll be writing as I eat, instead of waiting until I'm finished like I normally do. That way, you readers can get my thoughts as soon as absolutely possible. ( the State Street area on Thursday, and I realized that I haven't reviewed any of the Mexican food places over there yet. So I decided to drop into Las Brasas (15 E. State St.)and snag a wet ground beef burrito and brought it back to the office to write and eat. Here goes:
