BOSTON - As someone who launched a trendy clothing line, married a reality TV star and regularly wears zippered socks, Lamar Odom hardly seems like he'd be an expert on what it means to be tough.

Dig a little deeper, however, and you'll realize that Odom has survived more tragedy and turmoil than anyone should have to overcome.

Just like their versatile forward, the Lakers are confident they're more robust and rugged than their Hollywood image suggests. They got pushed around in Cleveland at the start of this eight-game road trip, but they'll have a chance to atone for that humbling loss tonight against another physically imposing Eastern Conference power, the hated Boston Celtics.
