Man arrested in Temecula for 3rd time on suspicion of DUI -

Temecula police arrested a man Tuesday on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol who was arrested in early February and in November in connection with the same offense.

Raymond David Lough, a 65-year-old Temecula resident, was booked into the Southwest Detention Center in French Valley on suspicion of DUI, of driving on a suspended license, and of committing those offenses while released on bail, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department said in a news release.

A motorcycle officer pulled Lough over at Old Town Front Street and Santiago Roadhours after the Mini Cooper he was driving had been retrieved from a 30-day impound, the department said.
