Blood bank to have auto racer as guest
NASCAR driver Clint Bowyer will be at the San Bernardino donor center of the Blood Bank of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties from 7 to 9 p.m. today, signing autographs and encouraging people to donate blood.
Bowyer will have his Jack Daniels race car and transport truck on hand. Free hot dogs, chips and soft drinks will be provided.
Anyone donating blood will be entered into a drawing for two tickets to the Pepsi 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series on Sunday at Fontana's Auto Club Speedway.
The blood bank is at 384 W. Orange Show Road, San Bernardino. Information: 1-800-879-4484.
