Two months have passed since a Winchester couple and their 4-year-old son were killed in a hit-and-run crash near Lake Skinner.
But the man suspected of smashing his pickup into the family's car, apparently after downing drinks at a nearby bar, has yet to be found.
CHP officials say he is likely hiding in Mexico, according to court records.
Chad Isaac Huber, 31, of Temecula, has been charged with three counts of murder and hit-and-run causing death.
