Pianist and vocalist Buddy Greco has always known what he wanted to do with his life.
"I knew the minute I was born, I've always known my life was going to be in the music business," Greco said.
With over six decades of performing, he has headlined top nightclubs, cabarets and music rooms around the world.
He worked the stage with Rat Pack greats Sammy Davis Jr., Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin and wowed Queen Elizabeth II alongside the Beatles.
Then, about two years ago he and his wife, Lezlie Anders, moved to Palm Desert and brought a little of the dazzling Vegas scene with them when they opened Buddy Greco's Dinner Club.
Born Into Music
Greco was born Aug. 14, 1926, in Philadelphia. His father was an opera critic, so there was always music around him. Greco worked on his father's radio show from age 5 to 14.
