Craft time

The Colton Public Library's Homework Assistance Center will host craft time throughout September at Carnegie Library, 380 N. La Cadena Drive.

Children will learn storytelling skills and create native masks after their homework is completed.

The program is free.

Cut glass pieces sold

More than 300 pieces of American Brilliant Cut Glass will be for sale Nov. 1 at the Historical Glass Museum in Redlands.

The duplicate pieces are part of a donation of more than 400 pieces from the collection of Edwin and Janet Beach and include bowls, candle sticks, plates, decanters, relish dishes and more.

The remaining pieces will be on permanent display at the museum.

The sale is open to the public and dealers from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the museum at 1157 N. Orange St.
