The flavor is rich and strong, with hints of butter and creme brulee. It is a great match for seafood and shellfish, such as halibut and shrimp. RED OF THE WEEK Antinori Badia a Passiano Chianti Classico Riserva, 2003 ($47.99) The best quality of chianti is classified as Riserva, and this full-bodied wine deserves the title. It has been fermented for four years to give it a distinctive taste, complementing an aroma of crushed violet. It pairs well with many pasta dishes, especially linguine.
