MERRIMACK 8, KEENE 0
David Downie and Chris Kinney scored two goals each and both assisted on another as Merrimack High School cruised to an 8-0 win over Keene at the West Side Arena in Manchester.
Cal Lezama also had two goals for the Tomahawks, while Chris Fortin and Tyler Caron (one assist) chipped in with one goal each.
Rutger Tupper, Pat Parker, Erik Glendye (two) and Dominic Valluzzi (two) all recorded assists.
All three goalies saw action for Merrimack (10-1), with Alex Scanlon stopping six shots, Bret Glendye denying seven shots and Alexa McWhinnie closing it out with six saves.
MANCHESTER CENTRAL 3, NASHUA NORTH 2
Tyler Lewis scored two goals and Marc Lavine had two assists but it wasn't enough as the Titans lost to the Little Green at the JFK Coliseum on Monday.
Brendan Robbins and Kevin McGowan also had an assist in the loss while goalie Dave Thorp stopped 30 shots
