HUDSON - A Hudson woman is accused of fighting with an officer who was arresting her on a drunken driving charge, police report. Officer Michael Davis subdued Kimberly Coulter, 45, with a burst of pepper spray, though she later kicked and spat at another officer while medics treated her from its effects, police report. Coulter was taken into custody on charges of DWI, second offense; resisting arrest; simple assault and attempted assault.
Davis had stopped Coulter for erratic operation on Grand Avenue, near Derry Street, shortly before midnight Saturday, police report.
Coulter spent the remainder of the weekend at the Hillsborough County jail, unable to post $1,500 bail, and was scheduled to be arraigned this morning, February 8, in Nashua District Court.
