JAFRA Cosmetics: Named Janice Jackson as senior vice president and chief marketing officer for JAFRA Worldwide, and Connie Tang as president of JAFRA USA. Westlake Village-based JAFRA makes skin care, beauty and fragrance products.

Timothy Smith: Appointed vice president of the board of the New West Symphony. He is a founding partner of Advance Insurance Solutions in Westlake Village.

Marion Pyle: Named vice president of Latino strategies at The Rogers Group, an independent public relations agency. She formerly directed bilingual communications for the Metropolitan Water District.

Linda Sullivan: Is retiring as president and general manager of KNBC. Craig Robinson, Channel 4's executive vice president of operations and digital strategy, has been named acting general manager until a replacement is announced.
