I am sick and tired of the continuing history of political corruption and malfeasance in San Bernardino County. With all that has gone on here and all that is currently under investigation even the appearance of impropriety should be avoided.
Does Supervisor Biane represent the county or does he represent the Colonies Partners? With all their history, any distinction between the two is getting blurred.
Was this trip part of the testing process for Greg Devereaux for CAO? Maybe Supervisor Biane just needed to know if Devereaux would "get on board." And unfortunately, he did.
Biane and Devereaux can't really believe the value of a private jet to fly them and a couple of buddies cross country and back is $600 each? That might pay for a coach ticket on a commercial airliner, but that's not all they received.
And Biane made his reimbursement to a political contributor, from a campaign account
