Kritter Korral has a new owner
Harbor City. A new owner has taken over Harbor City's 17-year-old Kritter Korral Pet Shop.
Kimberley Foley, who founded Peninsula Dog Parks in 1998 to establish an off-leash dog park in San Pedro, has purchased the business from David and Melissa Jones. The San Pedro couple have owned the store for six years and have decided to return to school to prepare for overseas Christian mission work.
The store at Western Avenue and Palos Verdes Drive North will remain open as Foley does some remodeling.
